Brand new, 3 bedroom apartment, in a building with a shared pool.
The balcony is facing the sun from morning until the end of the day, and it's also sheltered from the wind.
It's located on the 1st floor with elevator. As you enter, you'll see the corridor and on the right side, you have 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and an ensuite with shower, one with a double bed and an ensuite with shower and one with 2 bunk beds. Between the two first bedrooms there's a bathroom with shower.
The living room and the kithchen are in the end of the corridor, in an open-space format. The kitchen is fully equiped, and it has a table that is enough for 8 people.
From the kichen you'll have access to the balcony, with chairs that invite to rest in the sun.
The balcony that you see in the pictures is exclusive to the apartment. The pool is shared with the other apartments.
You'll also have access to a private garage space where you can also store your boards and wetsuits.
In front of the building there are several parking spaces.

Very nice apartment, large and clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to Baleal beach which is superb. We were 8 people including 2 children and had enough space for everyone. Very good choice for a stay in this region!

We really enjoyed staying in the apartments! Especially that everything looks brand new, bathroom in every bedroom and huge terrace to chill after surfing. Hosts were helpful and it was pretty easy to check-in and check-out. Hope to stay here next time in peniche.
