Baleal, 50 meters from the beaches

A 2 bedroom house 50 meters from the beach of Lagido and 100 meters from Cantinho da Baía.

The house has two levels.

In the bottom level there's the living room and kitchen, and a WC. From the kitchen there's a door to the patio, where there's a table for 6 people and a barbecue.

On the top level there's the two bedrooms. One with two single beds that can be turnerd into a king-size bed, a futton, and a view to the beach of Cantinho from the balcony. There's also a window from where you can check the conditions in Prainha.

The second bedroom has a double bed and a view to the area of Lagido too.

Also on the top level, there's a bathroom with tub.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

On the weekends of the summer months, it will be difficult to park for a couple of hours.

From June to September, the parking lot next to the beach is paid during the day. The remaining parking spaces are free.

Because this house is located close to the beach bars, some nights there can be some noise. This depends in part of the wind direction.

We had a wonderful stay again with one of the apartments of Fernando. The apartment is perfect for a family with baby. The beach is in very short walking distance so one parent can surf and the other can relax on the sunny terrace. The kitchen is very well furnished. I rented this house already several times because it's really amazing! It's location ist perfect and really close to all beaches and surf spots. You also have many cafes, Restaurants and Shops in walking distance.The house it self is well furnished, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Baleal!

Fernando’s place was excellent!!! Clean, tidy, great location and with everything we needed! They even had bonus items for use such as parasols, wind breaks, beach towels and more. In addition, as we love to cook, there was an amazing BBQ in the courtyard with loads of great equipment for it! The location is incredible for going to the beach - literally a 2 minute walk from the house, if that. Fernando was extremely relaxed about the check-in and kindly went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Great communication, clean house and extremely accommodating!!! A wonderful host!!! Would highly recommend and stay again!!! 👍
