This is a 3 bedroom house, with great views over the beaches of Lagido, all the way to Almagreira. Departing the living room, it's a very small walk to get to the beach.
From the main bedroom, you can check the surf. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the two others have 2 single beds each, that can be set side by side. There are two full bathrooms.
On the groud floor there's the living room, the kitchen and a WC with a shower. From the living room windows and one of the kitchen windows you can see the surf and check the surf conditions.
On the first fllor there's the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The main bedroom has a double bed, a balcony, and you can check the waves in Lagido from there. This bedroom also has a work desk. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each and share a balcony that faces the inside of the condominium.
The condominium has a shared pool and direct access to the beach. The shared pool is great for the kids, at just 1,3 meters deep. There's not much to worry about, and it can be locked to keep the little ones out.
There is plenty of space to eat outside.
Guests will have access to the entire house. The outside area is shared with other houses in the condominium. There is a pool, outside showers for after the surf, and 2 barbecue areas with 2 barbecues in each.
This condominium has parking spaces outside, but it's not private, so everyone can park. It's not hard to find a place to park close to your house.
On the weekends of the summer months, it will be difficult to park for a couple of hours.
