After a rough start to our holiday we got in touch with Fernando. He responded quickly and helped us very well. We booked immediately. Upon arrival we were very happy with the house. Spacious, super clean, beautiful and quiet! Everything we were looking for!! There was even a cleaning service, where it was cleaned, new bed linen and we got clean towels. Really fantastic service!!! When in doubt.. DO IT! It will not be a disappointment. Thanks Fernando for saving our holiday, we enjoyed it!

Great home for our family Holiday. Ferrel has great restaurants in walking distance. We hired bikes so it was just a little cycle down to the surfing beaches of Baleal. The house is clean, spacious, comfortable and well equiped. We will be back.

Very nice, big house. Equipped with all the necessities you can think of (including books, board games and movie collection). We liked the spacious kitchen a lot, which was our come toghether place in the house. Also the bbq/patio area outside is usefull especially if you need to wash and dry your wetsuits. Communication with hosts was effortless. Luciana helped us very quickly with all the questions we had. Most of the time the internet connection was stable and fast enough for the video conferences with several people at the same time.

We had very nice stay at this house in Ferrel with 6 persons. It is very spacious and also very well equipped. The area is very quiet (especially at night) and it has an open view from the terrace to the ocean. Beaches for bathing and surfing are reachable within a few minutes by car. A perfect stay for up to 8 persons. I may definitely recommend this apartment!

We had a lovely stay in Hetty House in ferrel. It was very big and very clean. Everything you could probably need was there. It's a little bit far to walk to the beach but we had a car so that was no problem. We loved it

We spent 10 days in Patricia House and loved it! It is spacious and has very high standard. We were positively surprised when we got there. We love cooking and the kitchen is big and everything you need is there.
Also, the neiberhood is quiet and still close to more buzz.

Townhome is great and even better in person. Location is 8 min by car to a great beach. Relaxed surf town with everything you need for a chilled out getaway. We loved it and will be back!

We stayed at Fernandos place with our whole family (4 adults and 1 child) and the house was perfect for us! We have enough space to stay in the house even when it was raining because there is a big living room area. The area is quite and it´s not far away to the beach (by car 5 minutes and to walk around 25 minutes) We really enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure!

This is an absolutely beautiful and well equipped house. It is spacious and lovely, certainly more than we needed for our group of 4. It would be great also for 6-8 people. It was very clean, well supplied with linens and towels and has comfortable beds. We were asked if we were willing to do a self-checkin which we said was okay, so we did not meet the hosts of the property, however they responded very quickly to a couple of questions by text. This worked out well for us as it meant we were not locked into a particular arrival time. It was great to have such nice laundry facilities and we ate out on the back deck one evening and watched an amazing sunset. We found it a bit tricky getting through the town of Ferrel to the house and did it different way each time, however we always arrived successfully. We found the walk along the cliffs at Peniche as well as watching the surfers at Baleal both to be great experiences. We would certainly recommend this house!

We spent xmas in this very nice villa. Great place. Well equipped. Perfect for families (the ping-pong table was a hit with the children!) Well placed to explore the beaches, Sintra, Tomar. We had self check-in, which gave us flexibility in travelling.

We had 7 very nice days in Hetty house. The house looks exactly as shown by the pictures and is very spacious and the kitchen is super well equipped. Fernando and Luciana were very helpful and the city Ferrel was very choosy and relaxed with a super baker very nearby.
We took surf lessons at Alex surf school which was a super thing to do for a family with grown up kids and visited Obidos (super).

We spend 9 days in june with 5 adults and a child in this beautiful house. There is so much space, a big kitchen with everything you need, a nice patio, a balcony to enjoy the sunset everyday and a pingpong table. We enjoyed our stay and Luciana was a nice host.

We spend family Easter there -8 people in this lovely house. Everyting was perfect. Baleal is a beautiful place, calm, charming with this wonderful house with the view to the ocean. House is full equipment specially the kitchen ( there was everyting u need and even more ) , big, even for 8 people we feel really comfortable there. Luciana and Fernando was the best hosts! So friendly, helpful they are really amazing people :)

A casa é optima, acolhedora, bem decorada com toques de requinte, espaçosa para grupos grandes e tem bem mais do que se poderia considerar necessário, tudo para proporcionar uma magnifica estadia.
De manhã fazer o percurso até à praia recomenda-se, entre campos e canaviais com o mar ao fundo é um passeio que agrada a todos. E à chegada a agua cristalina convida a um mergulho.

We stayed at Nela house for 12 days, the house is stunning and spacious with a delicately designed interior. If you have a rental car and don´t mind 4 minutes drive to the beach, this house is ideal. Our boys loved the paddle tennis in the basement, used the bikes in the house to ride to a friends house at the beach when they were early surfing. The patio in the back with sofas and bbq were used every night. This house has everything and more!
The rental agency, Fernando and his wife, gives you top service !!
