Carlos House

Had an amazing stay in Carlos House. The location is perfect. You have everything close by: ocean, small cafes, restaurants, shop, rentals and schools.

The house itself has everything needed, you don’t need to worry about anything, be it towels, or all possible cooking pots or utensils. You even have the dishwasher and washing machine tabs. Just come, live, surf, enjoy.

Booking procedure was very easy and communication in Baleal was top. Thank you so much Fernando and Luciana :)

I can just recommend this location for those who wanna discover Baleal!

wonderful place, with direct access to the ocean just outside the gates of the territory, the pool was a great option for the kids. next to the apartment there is a very good small restaurant with great food. the apartment had everything you need, even oil, spices and coffee. I sincerely highly recommend it and I am glad that we were able to spend a few days of vacation here.

Our stay at Carlos's house and Pedro's house was fantastic. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach. The apartments themselves were well-equipped and comfortable, easily accommodating our group of 10 adults and 3 small children. The shared garden was a highlight, with excellent grills and plenty of space for everyone to relax. We also appreciated that apartments were close to each other, making it easy for our group to stay connected. The overall experience was wonderful, and we would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking either for a relaxing beach vacation or wave-packed surftrip.

We spent 5 wonderful days in the apartment with the family. The location is fantastic - just through the garden and through the beach gate and you are already standing on the dune to the beach. There are parking spaces directly in front of the house. We can highly recommend the accommodation - especially families with small children. There were even small gates for the stairs so that the children couldn't have an accident. Communication was quick and warm. We would love to come here again!

An erster Stelle ein grosses Dankeschön an Lu und Fernando. ein wirklich herzliches Duo! die Lage der Unterkunft ist für einen Surftrip mit einem Kollegen Top. nahr zu beiden Seiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufdistanz. Auch das Relaxen nach dem Surfen ist im eigenen Garten mit Pool super. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Küche bietet mehr als man in den Ferien braucht. Wir hatten eine super coole und gute Zeit und durch die schnelle Internetverbindung konnten wir unsere zwischenzeitlichen Arbeits-Calls auch ohne weiteres nachgehen. Gerne wieder! Merci!

Very well equipped and fabulous location!
Loved stepping out of the back gate and seeing the beach, very popular with surfers and we had a great time.
Done lovely restaurants within a short walk and lots of information was provided in the house on where to go etc
If you are looking for a lively place, there seemed to be lots of late night places to visit too.
My children enjoyed the pool too…

A cada é perfeitamente localizada, com acesso privado ao mar e uma piscina maravilhosa em frente da porta. Acesso direto e privativo à praia, casa perfeita para quem quer aproveitar uns dias em descanso, em família ou amigos, ou apanhar umas boas ondas. Anfitriões muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis. Passamos 4 dias fantásticos em família, de realçar a limpeza do apartamento, o equipamento de cozinha todo disponível( não faltava nada) toalhas de praia, jogos.
Excelente localização, da parte da frente sempre com estacionamento disponível, da parte de trás directo para o jardim com a piscina rodeada por grades para manter a segurança com as crianças e ponto forte o acesso directo a praia a pé pelas traseiras. A simpatia e disponibilidade dos anfitriões Fernando e Luciana fazem nos querer voltar.
Só podemos recomendar vivamente este apartamento para umas férias sossegadas a beira mar, aproveitar um passeio as Berlengas e desfrutar das ondas do mar!

We had a great stay here, we were 2 couples and the place was perfect a stones throw from the beach and all the bars and shops in baleal, and also surfing on your doorstep!
The apartment was comfortable and had all the things you could possibly need for a week or longer!
Will definitely stay here again.
The hosts were lovely and very attentative, best I’ve known!

We had a very nice stay mid June 2018 at Carlos House. The house is clean, functional (in line with the pictures) and very well located, 2 minutes walking distance from surf spots, beaches and restaurants/bars. Check in and check out was flexible and very easy.

This place was a great place to stay - very close to the beach and contained everything we needed. The only negative aspect was the loudness of the street - especially when students had been drinking at the bars nearby. Hiring of equipment was easy and flexible and of course the people were all super friendly and helpful - highly recommended!

This house has a perfect location - to all surf beaches in Baleal it is a walking distance from this place. It is also few steps to cafe and reastaurant that are nearby. In the flat there is everything you need. It is clean and it has a spirit too. On top of that the owner, Fernando and his wife are really nice and helpfull people.

Estuvimos un grupo de 4 amigas españolas en los apartamentos Carlos y nos encantaron, el apartamento es perfecto para disfrutar de la estancia en Peniche. Es amplio y esta muy limpio. Si volvemos sin duda volveremos a reservar este apartamento.

Excellent location, very close to the beaches and also to the pick up point for the Peniche Surf Camp. House well equiped, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a week's surfing holiday. Would happily go back again.
