A 3 bedroom apartment 400 meters from the beaches of Baleal and with a sunny balcony, with ocean view.
It's on the second floor, without elevator, and it has 2 floors. On the bottom floor there's a bedroom with a double bed, a WC and the living room and kitchen.
On the top floor there's two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 3 single beds, complete bathroom with tub and shower, and the balcony with the barbecue.
All the areas in the apartment are private.
This building has parking spaces outside, but it's not private, so everyone can park. It's not hard to find a place to park close by.
On the weekends of the summer months, it will be difficult to park for a couple of hours.

great apartment, close to bars, restaurants and beaches in Baleal. well furnished, and a brilliant view from the roof terrace.
We had an amazing stay at this house. The house was very comfortable, super cosy and with a great location. The hosts were very approachable and the communication was super friendly. Great place to spend a few days in anytime of the year, hope we can return soon.
Excellent location, excellent hosts, excellent amenities (everything you need for the beach, like a parasol and windscreen, etc.; the kitchen is almost better equipped than at home – even spices and basics like soap, towels, etc. are provided!). The only minor drawback is perhaps the beds; the single beds don't have slatted frames but just a wooden board, and one bed squeaked – but when we mentioned it, this was fixed immediately, excellent service! We'd love to come back!

This apartment is fantastic, and every time we come to Baleal, we choose to stay here. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—even things you might not expect—which makes it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
Very functional and comfortable accommodation. Beautiful view, just a stone's throw from the beautiful Baleal beach. Responsive and very accommodating host regarding arrival and departure times. We recommend.
