This is a 3 bedroom house in the Baleal Island, recently renovated. It has a front porch overlooking the sea and the amazing sunsets of the west coast.
The back patio makes it very easy to store your boards and wetsuits after the surf. The waves of Lagido are less than 50 meters from the house.
It's located on the south side of the Baleal Island, overlooking Berlenga. At the entrance there's a small patio and porch, all private, from where you can see the ocean and most importantly, the sunset.
The entrance leads to the living room, which has an extra bed if necessary. At the same lever you have a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Going down a few steps you'll have a fully equipped kitchen, table for 8 people and a closed patio with a table for 6 people. In that patio there's also a bathroom with shower, and there's a door with a direct access to the street.
On the first floor there's two bedroom, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
This is an independent house. All the amenities are at your disposal.
On the island, parking can be difficult during the summer months, especially at the weekend.
This house has some parking spaces close, that are easier to find available outside of the busiest hours.
From June to September, the island parking lot is paid during the day. The remaining parking spaces are free.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially the kitchen was top equipped. The location is perfect for exploring the area, going to the beach, surfing and our host was warm and welcoming. The sunset from the house =stunning. Highly recommend and would love to come back!
We stayed at 28 House for six nights and had an extraordinary experience. From the friendly welcome on arrival, when they were very flexible about storing our luggage and food before check-in, to the constant attention from Luciana and Fernando, who made sure that everything was perfect in the house.
The house itself was in excellent condition, everything was tidy, clean and fully functional - including towels, tables, chairs, kitchen accessories and everything else we needed, which is very rare in rental properties, especially on the island of Baleal.
For all these reasons, we definitely want to repeat the experience! Thank you to the whole team!
